On the eve of battle, the Black Templars gather. Their champions lead them in prayer and contemplation. United in hatred of the foe, they swear a mighty vow. This vow must guide them in the battle ahead. Vedrenn, the Emperor’s Champion, has seen visions of greatness. Now, it is his duty to ensure his brethren keep their vow.

If you want to zealously spread faith in the God-Emperor, this box is for you. It’s perfect for starting a new Black Templars collection. It’s also great for expanding an existing army. You’ll save money compared to buying the kits separately.

The force is led by a mighty Emperor’s Champion. He can cut down any foe with his Black Sword. A squad of Bladeguard Veterans follows him into battle. A veteran Sword Brethren Squad offers strong close support. A Crusader Squad rounds out the force. They’re ideal for holding objectives.

The box includes 19 plastic miniatures. Together, they form a complete Vow-sworn of Vedrenn Combat Patrol. It’s designed for tight, tactical games of Warhammer 40,000. The rules are available as a free download on the Warhammer Community website.

This boxed set builds 19 multipart plastic Black Templars miniatures:

– 1x Emperor’s Champion
– 3x Bladeguard Veterans
– 5x Sword Brethren
– 10x Crusaders

The miniatures in this box are easy to customise. The Bladeguard Veterans have several options. Each can be equipped with a heavy bolt pistol and sword, a heavy bolt pistol and shield, or a sword and shield. The veteran sergeant can use a heavy bolt pistol, plasma pistol, or neo-volkite pistol. Heads, arms, and tilting plates can be swapped between all models in the squad.

The elite Sword Brethren are armed with a bolt pistol and either a chainsword or a master-crafted power weapon. One model can carry a thunder hammer. One can take a plasma pistol. Two can be armed with pyre pistols. Another can wield twin lightning claws. You can also build an optional Castellan. He can carry a bolt pistol or combi-weapon, and a chainsword or master-crafted power weapon. Backpacks, backpack toppers, shoulder pads, tilting plates, and heads are interchangeable.

The Crusader Squad includes four Neophytes. They can take Neophyte firearms or bolt pistols and chainswords. The six Initiates have more choices. They can be armed with a bolt rifle, or a bolt pistol and chainsword. Two can carry a pyreblaster. Two others can use a bolt pistol and power fist. One Initiate can be built as a Sword Brother. He carries a master-crafted power weapon and either a bolt pistol or pyre pistol. Heads and shoulder pads are interchangeable across the Initiates. They also come with optional purity seals, tilting plates, and relics.

This kit comprises 468 plastic components, 10x Citadel 40mm Round Bases, 4x Citadel 28mm Round Bases, 6x Citadel 32mm Round Bases, and 2x Black Templars Upgrades Transfer Sheets, each containing 240 high-quality waterslide transfers to decorate your miniatures.
